NOVO FIT
NovoFit is a well-rounded class, blending functional strength work, high-intensity conditioning, and technical skill development to help you build a body that performs in and out of the gym. Whether you’re lifting a barbell, working through gymnastics progressions, or grinding through an engine-building finisher, every session is designed to challenge and develop you.
You’ll learn and improve movements like Olympic lifts, squats, presses, pull-ups, toes-to-bar, handstand work, and more—progressively and with expert coaching. Every workout is different, keeping things fresh, fun, and results-driven.
And most importantly—this class is for everyone.
From complete beginners to experienced athletes, every session is fully scalable to meet you where you're at. You’ll be guided through each workout with options that match your ability, helping you progress at your own pace in a supportive, high-energy environment.

ATHX
ATHX classes at Novo Fitness Club are designed for anyone who wants to become stronger, fitter, and more capable — whether your goal is simply to improve your health or to prepare for competition in the ATHX Games.
Every session combines functional strength, conditioning, and athletic performance training. You’ll use a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, sleds, rowers, SkiErgs, Echo bikes, and bodyweight movements to develop real-world strength and endurance.
Our classes are fully coached and suitable for all levels. Movements can always be scaled to match your current ability, meaning beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side. Many of our members started with little or no gym experience and have gradually built their strength, fitness, and confidence through consistent training.
Train for Fitness
If your goal is simply to get fitter, healthier, and stronger, ATHX classes provide structured, varied training that keeps things challenging and enjoyable. Each session is different, helping you build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and develop well-rounded athletic ability.
Train to Compete
For those who want to push things further, ATHX classes also form the foundation for competing in the ATHX Games. These competitions test strength, endurance, and work capacity through a series of functional fitness challenges. Training in our ATHX sessions prepares you for the exact style of workouts used in competition.
Many of our members train purely for fitness, while others enjoy setting their sights on competition. The beauty of ATHX training is that it supports both — you can simply turn up, train hard, and enjoy the session, or you can use it as a pathway into competitive functional fitness.

ENGINE ROOM

Each session is varied and scalable, combining ergs, barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements in a way that challenges both beginners and seasoned athletes. You’ll learn how to pace yourself effectively, push through fatigue, and develop lasting endurance, all while training in a supportive and motivating environment.

BACK TO BASICS
Every great athlete, lifter, and mover starts with strong fundamentals—and that’s exactly what Back to Basics is all about. This session is designed to slow things down, strip back the complexity, and focus on mastering the essentials so you can build a solid foundation for long-term progress.
With small-group coaching and a relaxed, no-pressure vibe, this class is the perfect space to refine movement patterns, build confidence, and develop the skills that show up in our main sessions. Whether you’re completely new to training or an experienced athlete looking to dial in technique, our expert coaches will break things down step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable, capable, and in control.

With access to everything Novo has to offer—barbells, ergs, kettlebells, rigs, and more—this is your time to hone your craft, build confidence, and put in the extra work that takes your fitness to the next level.
Coaches will be on hand to offer guidance, but this is your session to train independently, experiment with new movements, and chase your personal goals on your own terms. Whether you’re following a personal programme, hitting accessory work, or just moving for the love of it, Open Gym is all about your journey, your progress, and your time on the gym floor.
